2027 Senior Sessions

 It is officially Class of 2027 Senior Season Planning time! I am limiting how many Senior Sessions I am taking on for this Fall. If you do not see a date that will work for you, please send me a message so we can see if I have an available date. All Sessions are held approx. 2 hours before Sunset. I'm looking forward to this Season and all of the images (and albums) we will be creating!

Senior Session: $100 retainer due today to hold your date. The remainder $475 will be invoiced to you and due anytime before your session date. (There are also add-ons you can choose to make your session more unique!)

With each Session, the following is included with your fee:

• Pre-Session (Senior or parent may text me ideas, questions, etc.)

Style and wardrobe guidance

Location planning-Multiple location ideas depending on clothing choices and looks that you love or we can use your own location 

• Styling /Clothing Options

Usually 2-4 outfits depending on session length 

What to Wear Guides and a guide to prepare you for your Session

• Multiple Locations optional

1-2 location options within a certain mileage 

Each Session includes any location options that are local (Harrodsburg/Danville) such as Main Streets, our Farm locations, Shakertown, School, etc.)

**and/or** You may add-on a unique location or your own location in the "add-ons" section

• Professional Retouching

Blemish removal

• $150 credit towards a Professional Album 

Sizes 8x8 and up, that you can design or options that I can make for you. Credit must be used by March of their Senior year.

• High-Resolution Digital Files

All fully edited, digital images for personal use

• All Images also in Black and White
  

In the past, this has been an add-on. All Black and White copies will now also be included in your gallery, so you will receive double the images. 

• Online Gallery

Private, password-protected gallery for viewing, downloading, and ordering prints

• Print Release

Allowing clients to print images wherever they choose for personal use

• Sneak Peeks

Within 10 days of your Session, sneak peeks will be added to Socials 

• First Choice of Cap and Gown Mini Session Scheduling 

You will receive the booking link for Cap and Gown Sessions before the public. There are only a limited amount of Cap and Gown Sessions and they are held within 2 weeks of graduation.

Important Info before you book:

• Today a $100 retainer will be due that goes towards the balance of your session(s). This fee is to hold your date and is not refundable. You can choose from the available dates and also choose add-ons if you wish (please note that weekend dates have an additional fee) that will also be due when booking. You will be sent an invoice for $475 for the remainder of the session.
• Once you book a Session, the remainder of the balance ($475) will be sent to you in an invoice to pay before your session is held. You may pay on it in increments or all at once, as long as it is paid before your session date. 
• Fall Weekends book very quickly and often months in advance. Dates are a first come, first serve basis. Most Sessions are held on weeknights 1.5-2 hours before Sunset depending on location. Your specific time will be chosen once your date and location are chosen. 
• If you need help with wardrobe ideas, I'll be glad to help you after you've booked a Session!
• After your Session, it takes approximately 2 weeks for your online gallery to be delivered. 3-4 weeks if during the months of September-November. 
• Senior Sessions typically must be held by November due to many of our local Schools requiring the Yearbook submission by Thanksgiving. 
• All Sessions will have 6% Sales Tax added

CONTRACT

1. The Retainer due at booking is not refundable but may be transferred to another session that is newly booked within 90 days of cancellation of this contract. Cancellation must be received in writing at least 7 days before original Session date for the retainer to be transferable.

2. The booking of and any additional costs incurred for booking venues that are requested, photography locations, additional props etc are our responsibility or may be invoiced to The Client unless paid for separately or previously discussed.

3. I/we hereby give permission for Kristyna Coslow Photography LLC to use my/our name/s and photographic likeness in all forms and media for advertising, trade, promotional and any other lawful purposes such as promotion and marketing material.

4. The details and times listed here form part of this agreement and I/we agreed to make every effort to cooperate in order for the Studio to fulfill its contracted photographic duty. I/we acknowledge the Studio cannot accept responsibility for the 'extent' of the photographic coverage if these details are incorrect or if I/we chose not to follow the agreed to schedule.

5. All orders shall remain the property of the Studio until full payment has been made. Orders cannot be separated for collection unless the entire Session is paid for in full.

6. Kristyna Coslow Photography LLC shall carry out this assignment with due and professional diligence. Elements beyond the Studio’s control include faulty material, equipment failure, damaged and exposed film, loss of film/photos/negatives/digital files in transit between the Studio and professional laboratories employed by the Studio, loss or damage to film, negatives/digital files and proofs during processing and developing either by the Studio or professional laboratories employed by the Studio, industrial disputes, civil disturbances, or weather conditions which may inhibit or prevent the Studio completing in whole or in part this assignment. In this case the Studio shall not be liable for its complete performance of the assignment. It is agreed that the liability of the Studio shall be limited to be a refund of any money paid under this agreement which shall be in full & final satisfaction of any damage or loss suffered.

7. Kristyna Coslow Photography LLC will provide each Client with an online gallery of the finished images. This gallery is guaranteed to stay online for 30 days and will notify the Clients of it's removal when necessary. Having an online gallery does not entitle the Client to Digital Images unless Digital Images have been paid for or are ordered and paid for. Screenshots, copies, sharing of watermarked images, ect. Is prohibited by law unless you have purchased usage rights to the images. All Packages that include All Digital Images include these usage rights.  

8. Kristyna Coslow Photography LLC will choose times of the Sessions depending on location/ time of year and clothing being worn.

9. If a Complimentary Mini Session is included in your order as a Special or a gift add-on, the mini Session cannot be transferred to another client. The Mini Session must be used by the same person/people photographed in the original Session it was booked with. Dates will be presented to choose from when it is time to redeem the Mini Session. If the Session is not redeemed within those dates, the Mini Session is considered forfeited and no payments will be returned or Sessions/products given it’s place. 

10. Any Digital Images shared on Social Media, please tag or Credit Kristyna Coslow Photography LLC.

11. I, the Client, understand that unless the Session I choose states that it includes Digital Images, that I am booking for the Session only and it includes no images or prints/products. If I am booking a Session Fee only, I will place an order after the Session with what I choose and will pay at that time once I see the images.
12. Online Galleries are delivered between 2-2.5 weeks after your Session, or 3-3.5 weeks if during the months of September-November.
13. In the case of rain or a need to reschedule, the Session will be made up on the nearest date that works for both the Client and the Photographer. If the Client refuses to rebook the Session within 40 days, the Client agrees to forfeit all funds paid. 
14. Basic Skin/blemish retouching is included in your Senior Session fee. If extensive editing is requested or something outside of a "basic" retouch/blemish retouching, there may be extra fees charged, The Client would be notified of this before editing is finished and must agree to charges and paid for before final images are delivered.
